Thank you for shopping at ADHD Parent Kits. This policy explains our approach to refunds for digital products.

Nature of digital products

All products sold at ADHD Parent Kits are digital goods delivered electronically. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, all sales are generally considered final once the download has been accessed.

When we offer refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded or accessed the file.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing adhdparentkits@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

When we do not offer refunds

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You have already downloaded or accessed the file, except where the file is faulty or does not match its description.
  • You changed your mind about the purchase after downloading.
  • The product is incompatible with your device or software, where compatibility requirements were stated on the product page.
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, provided the customer has given express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost.

By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

Faulty or misdescribed products

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as advertised, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email adhdparentkits@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A description of the issue, including screenshots if relevant

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are almost always able to resolve issues directly and quickly.
